How does this strategy apply to multiplying fractions with whole numbers?

I forgot how far I ran today but I know the following:

I ran two times less than Sophie.
Sophie ran 5 times more than Jake.
Jake ran two times more than Corina.
Corina ran 2/3 of a mile.

Use the above information to figure out how much I ran. Explain your thinking.
