* Working pattern
(Passed to HR to generate payroll no. in order to set up IT systems).
Continue to observe strengths & weaknesses - build objectives around these
to fulfill objectives
Employee supports mission,
Recruits & inducts in line with best practise
Employee promotes UNITE as employer of choice
to UNITE by appointing best people
Greet candidate and welcome.
Ask if they'd like to leave a coat/brolly on reception.
Have a jug of water and glass available -
offer water and pour it for candidate.
If possible, show the candidate potential working space - reception/post room
Take to door and thank them for coming it - let them know that UNITE will be in touch soon.
Interview panel - at least two members
