COMPENSATION

Base Salary
$30,000 - $40,000

Incentive
20% of GP after operating cost

$70,000 - $100,000

TARGET PROFILE
TO ATTRACT
Experience selling industrial valves OR experience selling engineered products to target markets including power generation, chemical, commercial HVAC, mech contractors, steel, and food & beverage
Strong mechanical aptitude & the ability to learn technical features and benefits of product lines
Self motivated, ability to work with a high level of autonomy and overcome high level of rejection
Someone with a military background is a bonus
Outside sales experience preferred but would consider Inside Sales or Applications Engineering background with the motivation and personality characteristics to move into Outside Sales role
