Where can we find the news? The News In the news paper. Or in a news magazine. Who is in control of the newspaper? The publisher. But how is news made? First, the publisher needs someone to get information about news. This person is called a reporter. They take notes and bring ideas for news articles. Remember that news articles are just parts of the whole newspaper. Articles begin with a headline. Headlines can be one word or a few. They are for capturing the attention of the reader A newspaper has articles. But they also have advertisements. Advertisements want you to buy the things in the picture. They might want you to buy a new car or go pay to see a movie.
