Creature's Name and Description

Howler Monkey

The Howler Monkey is brown and black and its hight is 1.2 meters tall and weight 10 kg.

It has a big lump that helps it scream really hard.
Interesting Facts
It can scream so hard it can be heard 4 miles away.

Its prehensile tail helps it with a lot of things likke grabbing tree branches and fruit.

Did you know the howler monkey is the second loudest animal in the world.


The howler monkey stay 70% of its day eating.

The howler monkey is related to three monkeys the spider monkey ,wooly monkey ,cotton top tamarin monkey.
Adaptations

They adapted by screaming to protect there territory from other monkeys.

It has also adapted withits prehinsle tail to escape from predators and to grab things.
Interdependende with Limited Resources

The rainforest is an interpendece ecosystem with limited resources. My howler monkey depends on other living things

I depend on leaves because their my food like fruit and i spread their seeds.

The harpy eagle depends on me because im his tastiest treat

It is being affected by people that destroy the rainforest and they canot find food and also a home.
