Meetings: every Thursday 12:30 - 1:15 PM
Leadership Team and
PPEC has weekly meetings:
PPEC: Thursday 1:15 - 1:50 PM
Leadership Team: TBD (Mon-Wed)
Role of Leadership Team:
Work together with PPEC to be a central communication hub for the working groups and UBC Peer Programs initiatives.
Establish ongoing priorities, including weekly meeting agenda items.
Organize Community of Practice and professional development opportunities for the program advisors.
Establish guidelines, in consultation with all stakeholders, for UBC Peer Programs membership and standards.
Liaise with campus groups who want to become part of the UBC Peer Programs network.
Role of PPEC:
Work together with the Leadership Team to be a central communication hub for working groups and UBC Peer Programs initiatives.
Share program updates and assist with cross-promotion of initiatives.
Provide student input on Peer Programs initiatives and developments, as well as campus-wide initiatives.
Plan the year-end celebration.
