WHY I'M SO INTErEStED
My brother went to Malawi for a month doing voluntary work, and he met new people. He also met the children in a small village, and he was able to purchase genuine carved items from the beach boys.
The views from the mountains and lakes are stunning.
One of the leading killers of children is malaria, especially for children under the age of five. Malaria is a fever caused by a parasite entering the red blood cells transmitted from a mosquito. Also, food insecurity, natural disasters, malnutrition, HIV and AIDS and limited land are also nig problems.
In some rural areas, the small communities will eat ants, honey-soaked beetles, native dried fish which is baked in spices, then soaked in goat milk and leaves for two days. After all this preparation, it should taste like a strange tea flavoured jerky.
