Mutu Pangan Objektif
Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 7 tahun 1996 tentang pangan, mutu pangan adalah nilai yang ditentukan atas dasar kriteria keamanan pangan, kandungan gizi, dan standar perdagangan terhadap bahan makanan, makanan, dan minuman.
Sifat mutu yg diukur dgn alat dikelompokkan:
1. Uji Fisik 2. Uji Kimia 3. Uji Fisiko - Kimia 4. Uji Mikrobiologi 5.Uji Mikro analitik & Histologi 6. Kalibrasi Alat
Uji Kimiauji dimana kualitas produk diukur secara objektif berdasarkan kandungan kimia yang terdapat dalam suatu produk.
Uji Fisik adalah uji dimana kualitas produk diukur secara objektif berdasarkan hal-hal fisik yang nampak dari suatu produk
