OR...plan on a letter grade off the top of your final grade FOR EACH ABSENCE.... grades MOODLE: DOUBLE CHECK YOURS! ... what does this mean? You should have points entered for: THIS IS CULTURE 50 points The Proposal 50points Field Notes #1 AND #2 100 points each Misc Participation Point items:
FB posts, forced intro, etc. what is next? Resource Review 4 sources: at least 2 must be scholarly but I don't know what that means! LIBRARY SESSION COMING.... Field Notes #3: Oral History &
Field Notes #4: Representation + Authority FINAL ETHNOGRAPHY FINAL ETHNOGRAPHY * 15+ pages
* all areas of focus addressed
* framing that makes sense
* outside references are elegantly incorporated and
* correctly cited
* entertaining, meaningful writing - holy sh*t. SO, what now? YOU HAVE THIS WEEK TO GET IT IN
AND STILL GET POINTS! But I never did those/turned them in/huh? take stock of what you have written so far. is it good writing? is it entertaining writing?
does it address issues that transcend the specific?
Is the text "clean"? If not - rewrite! Write more! Fix it now. While it is manageable. Think about where to go next.... What is missing? What have you not yet considered? What would make this better? Do that. tangent some common mistakes that keep popping up QUOTES: periods go inside the quotes. ...like "this." The placement of question marks with quotes follows logic.
If a question is in quotation marks, the question mark should be
placed inside the quotation marks.
