Goals
1. Improve my cardiovascular fitness

2. Keep active and fit as I get older

3. Improve my overall strength

Summit
This is where I will strive to be.
I want to improve my cardiovascular fitness and my overall strength so that I will be a more healthy adult.
Overall Strength
1. Go to the gym
Cardiovascular
2. Eat good foods
At the gym
1. Bench press 3-sets 10-reps
2. Front squat 3-sets 8-reps
3. Pull-ups 3-sets 10-reps
4. Seated row 3-sets 8-reps
5. Goblet Lunge 3-sets 8-reps (each)
6. Lateral raise 4-sets 10-reps
Foods
1. My diet will consist of a balance of the five major food groups
2. Eat healthy foods and limit the junk food
3. Stay away from Mac dons
Biking
-Bike for 5 minutes at a moderate pace
-Bike for one minute as hard as you can
-No break
- Go through 5 times

Running
- Job for 10min
- Run for 5

- Repeat 4 times

- Change elevation
