Soledad, California First, George and Lennie are running away for a problem George and Lennie talk about they probably will be together alone than together and that if Lennie gets in trouble he should go back near the river. After try hard, they get a job Candy's dog get killed and then,Lennie gets a new puppy Curley's wife flirts with George and Lennie, but
George says to Lennie: "don't mess with her, she's trouble" Lennie kills Curley's wife and the he runs away.
Candy finds the dead body. Sorprise ending:
