Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate

GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position

GRS will arrange final interviews with the management team

Base Salary:
$40,000 - $45,000
Must be very strong technically with a solution sales mentality
An individual with an engineering background is preferred but not required
Experience selling Fluid Power, Automation or related technical products
This person can come from a distributor sales or manufacturer sales background
Someone who is able to drive business back to inside sales and technical support
Proven sales success
Very strong product lines that are known in the market place as the premier lines
A fun culture with a good work life balance
A company that believes in working hard and having fun
Large amount of earning potential
Opportunity to work with a large variety of customers
Strong technical support and salespeople that are eager to help and pass on information
The ability to get quick decisions for customers and growth initiatives
