How Colors and Music Evoke Emotions By Jennifer B. First we'll start with colors... Blue Green Orange Pink Yellow Red
n; the pure color of a clear sky; the primary color between green and violet in the visible spectrum When we created our color glogs, we wrote poems about different colors. In these poems we included how the color might taste, smell, sound, and feel. By doing so we are showing/writing what the color makes us feel. When we think of blue we might think.... color, definition, and the way the color makes people feel. calmness- gentle waves lapping on a beach cruel- stormy ocean sadness- pouring rain
(Being "Blue") n. adj. v.;of the color of growing foliage, between yellow and blue in the spectrum soothed- wind outside envy-thinking about something you don't have (cash, electronics, etc.) harmony- being outside n; a color between yellow and red in the spectrum; reddish yellow. Green makes you feel... Mysterious- Halloween Orange makes you feel... hyper- bright/exciting full of action safe- cones (on highway) crossing guard vest n; a color varying from light crimson to pale reddish purple hi squatch embarrassed- blushing love- hearts Sensitive- a flower n; any of various colors resembling the color of blood; the primary color at one extreme end of the visible spectrum warmth- ember emotions for pink... rage-face can turn red with anger Danger- seeing blood happy- bright/cheerful color
serenity-sunshine cautious- traffic sign, yellow light on traffic lamp etc. a color like that of egg yolk, ripe lemons, etc.; the primary color between green and orange in the visible spectrum Now Music... song, emotions people feel When people hear this they feel.. nervous- music getting faster and faster excited- people don't know what is going to happen When people hear this they feel... relaxed-airy feeling to the music determined- song has strong feeling to it Thanks for watching
