The FitzMark Employee Handbook is to provide you with valuable information about policies, procedures, benefits and other workplace rules and expectations that will direct your employment.

Your Employee Handbook should be used as a resource.
EMPLOYMENT
Employment at FitzMark is at-will;
Exempt or Non-Exempt;
Full-time, Part-time or temporary;
Employees receive regular Progress Reports;
FitzMark uses progressive discipline;
Management maintains open door policies and encourages being approached with problems or concerns.

WORKPLACE SAFETY
FitzMark promotes a safe work environment.

COMPENSATION
Bi-weekly pay periods, get paid every other Friday
Work hours vary 40 - 55 hours
1 hour, unpaid lunch break
1 - 15 minute break in the morning, 1 - 15 minute break in the afternoon
Can't use breaks and lunch as PTO
