Challenges of USA vs CHINA Production
Made in USA styles should be high volume basic styles
Labor cost is the primary advantage in China: styles with longer production cycle and high labor involvement will not be competitive in the US. Design intensive products must be knitted in China
Multiple dye lots on fashion items and higher dyeing yarn costs increases yarn costs in the US
