Newton's 3 Laws
By: Hayden Tracy
1.An object at rest will stay at rest unless acted on by an outside force
The club's force acts on the golf ball and sends the ball in motion
The players force acts on the ball and sends it in motion
The bowling ball's force hits the pins and forces them down
2. Acceleration is made when a force acts on a mass.
The mans force acts on the car and it starts accelerating
The second laws tells us that FORCE equals MASS times ACCELERATION
In baseball, the bats force acts on the ball and creates acceleration.
3. for every action there is an equal/opposite reaction
the person is the action and the boat movement is the reaction
the air is the action and the balloon goes up as a reaction
the man pushes back with the paddle and the boat goes forward for the reaction
