Appointments
30 minute appointments with your advisor are made in advance either through the online appointment system, found on the CST website, or by calling our front desk. Appointments can be made no more than 15 business days in advance

Appointments
If you need too see an advisor at the last minute, take advantage of Same Day Appointments (SDAs). These 30 minute appointments can be made day-of by coming in to the advising office and signing up for an open slot. SDA schedule vary by advising group, so make sure to call our front desk if you have questions. You can come in for an SDA for any appointment type
except
graduation reviews and progress reports.

Other CST nuances

&
Graduation
Requirements
2.0 GPA overall
and
in your major
Complete a minimum of 123 credits (124 TUteach)
Of the 123 total, at least 90 must
come from CST/CLA
Of the 123 total, at least 45 must be Upper Level CST/CLA credits
Progress Reports and Graduation Reviews check for all of this!
CST Nuances
Many CST courses require a C or better
to pass
Use Banner and the Undergraduate Bulletin to learn prerequisite information for each course
Prerequisites and corequisites in most CST courses greatly impact major progression
CST Change of Program Requirements

- Overall GPA of 2.0
- Have completed Math 1021 or higher with a C or better
- Be taking or have satisfied a GenEd or higher level Science course from a CST department (or additional GenEd or higher level Math) course with a grade of C- or better. If you're currently in the course, you need to have earned an "S" midterm progress rating.
Reminder:

COP is officially effective for the semester following process completion
