How did this tribe cooperate in village and family life?
The Delaware tribe spoke the Algonquian language.The women planted corn,beans,squash and sunflowers.The women also made deerskin clothes for other people in the village.The women made baskets,harpoons and large nets.The men hunted with bows and hunted deer,elk,bears,racoons,beaver,
rabbits,turkey,duck,geese,passenger pigeons
What conflicts [wars] was this tribe involved in? Who were important leaders of this tribe?
The conflicts that this tribe faced are they were pushed off there land in the 1740's by european colonists who wanted to make room for farms.The famous leader's of this tribe is White Eyes and Netawatwees
What religious beliefs and/or customs did this tribe have?
Each fall a celebration was held for a good harvest.They were taught by there parents to respect nature.Lastly the Delaware tribe believed that the land was made by a creator that made the first men and woman.
What did this tribe trade? Who did this tribe trade with?
This tribe traded with european settlers.They traded furs for guns,copper kettles,knives,cloth, blankets and jewels.
