We currently have 313 salespeople in our database in the valve, instrumentation, pump, seal and hose industries around Malborough, MA. We currently have 250 salespeople in our databse in the valve, instrumenation, pump, seal and hose industries in Northern NJ.
ESTABLISHED NETWORK
NAME GATHER
GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
$55,000 - $85,000

Incentive:
Commission based on gross margin
Bonus based on defined objectives

Realistic 1st Year Earnings:
$75,000 - $95,000

TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
Experience selling engineered products such as valve, hose, gasket, or instrumentation products
Experience calling on similar life science or sanitary markets/customers such as bio-technology or food & beverage
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to work with engineers to solve their problems
Needs to be an aggressive hunter with a strong desire to grow sales
Background of technical inside sales or application engineering with a desire and the right personality for outside sales could work well
