Article 12:Freedom from
interference with privacy, family, home and correspondence

You are to be protected if someone tries hurting you
or try going in your house, bothering you, stealing, or
harming anything that belongs to you and your family.
Also if someone does something bad to you without a
reason that is not right.

You can live without being hurt or abused. You
have the right to be in a safe environment and have
your house protected so no one can enter inside without
permission.

My version
1)
You should be considered innocent until it can be
proved in a fair trial that you are guilty.
2)
You cannot be punished for doing something that
was not considered a crime at the time you did it.

Article 11: Right to be considered innocent until proven guilty:

You have to be innocent until someone proves you are guilty. Also you must be able to be treated, as you are innocent until you are guilty. You must be guilty for doing something wrong unless you did it at the time it was allowed.

My version
You have the right to be protected if someone tries to
harm your good name or enter your house, open your
mail or bother you or your family without good reason.
