Base Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000
Ability to successfully grow sales through distribution with a proven track record selling for a manufacturer or distributor
Experience selling process automation products including pressure, temperature, level, or flow measurement is preferred
Independent and self motivated individual
Some experience calling on core markets including oil & gas, institutional, commercial HVAC and steam preferred
Up and comer profile preferred over established industry veteran
Successful candidate will be given a high amount of professional autonomy and have very little reporting requirements
Company is investing in the sales team and a successful person will have the opportunity to be promoted into management roles
Marquis product in the pressure gauge industry
Sales people can rely on high level of service and inventory support for their customers
Customer service people are recognized as the best in the industry

Reduced fee of 25% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
$5,000 engagement fee applied toward the 25%
