Strategies Go to places that encouraged homosexuality.
Find someone he was interested in.
Drug them.
Engaged in sexual intercourse.
Torture them.
Dismember the bodies, save organs, saved muscles, and bones.
Put them in "awkward" positions and take a photograph of the victim. And he would also photograph whole process.
Put body in a barrel full of chemicals that decomposed bodies to turn them into sludge. Then flushed them down the toilet to get rid of them. Evidence Photo albums full of pictures of body parts
Apartment was littered with human remains
Several heads in the refrigerator and freezer
Two skulls on top of the computer
57- gallon drum containing several bodies decomposing in chemicals was found in the corner of his bedroom
Also suggested evidence towards Dahmer eating some of his victims
Awful smell, which he told people was "rotting meat" Victims

Early Life
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Jeffrey was always a happy toddler.
At age six his personality changed.
1976 he moved to Bath, Ohio.
Average grades in high school,along with a drinking problem.
Parents divorced at age 18.
First Murder
1978- Stephen Hicks (19 years old)
Steven was a hitchhiker.
Brought Steven back to dads house.
Drank together.
Engaged in sex.
When Hicks wanted to leave, Dahmer bludgeoned him to death with a 10 pound barbell.
Cut his body up, put him in trash bags and buried it.
Later explanation "He didn't want Hicks to leave."
