Guacamole is a traditional ,is often eaten with tortilla or used as a side dish. is so popular that it has its own holiday on September 16th .

a medium onion, cut
many serrano chile
some tomatoes
chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic

The pozole has been a very popular dish in Mexico and has been modified according to the ingredients and taste of each region. The best known recipe is prepared with pork.
