i. How is the religious leadership organized?
Early churches adopted the political organization of the Roman Empire. There was a single bishop, with authority and responsibility for each local community. Each community also had elders with whom the bishop consulted. The deacons assisted in administrative functions. The Pope is the head of the Roman Catholic Church today.
j. What are the basic belief of the religion/philosophy?
Most Christians believe in God the Father, almighty, maker of heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, their Lord: who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and buried. They also believe that Jesus descended into hell and on the third day he rose again from the dead, Jesus ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. Christians believe in the Holy Spirit, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Depending on the sect of Christianity you will believe different things but these are the basic belief of Christians.

k. What sects of the religion/philosophy have developed over time?
The rise of denominations within the Christian faith can be traced back to the Protestant Reformation, the movement to “reform” the Roman Catholic Church during the 16th century, out of which four major divisions or traditions of Protestantism would emerge: Lutheran, Reformed, Anabaptist, and Anglican. From these four, other denominations grew over the centuries.
As said in the Bible: Now it was in Antioch that the disciples were first called Christians. (Acts 11:26). This means that this is the first place that Christianity was accepted and is therefore its origin place. Most would say the the origin place is Palestine.
