The Coureurs de bois was a big part of the fur trade. The Couires de Bois also found their own furs and were good sales people. The First Nations were New Frances main trading partners Samuel found New France and was the father of New France The Coureurs de Bois

maker, illustrator, and writer Samuel de Champlain
