songs with hidden messages in order
to communicate with each other.

Suffered a head injury that caused
her to have unexpected episodes of
Tubman's Escape
Only two things sustained Harriet when escaping: her pistol and her faith in god.
Majority of the slaves were escaping towards Canada.
Slaves Lifestyle
Slavery was a brutal life.
They often suffered cold, wet weather
and had to sleep on hard
wooden floor.
