Rwanda definitely supports aids funding as Rwandans would benefit from treatment opportunities. Rwanda did not attend the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons
Rwanda never formally signed or ratified the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty in 1975.
Rwanda is far from the issue.
