Which is?
Place Cravat
Place the tail of the cravat on posterior under belt on the injured side.
Wrap the cravat around the leg and over the wound.
Tie knot tightly
You have a casualty who is bleeding externally from an inguinal wound. Casualty has a belt and all belt loops are intact.
You will need gloves, cravat, combat gauze, kerlix, 3 inch tape, and an assistant to hold pressure. You are not in a CBRN environment.
Secure with Tape & Swath Legs
2" or 3" tape wrapping a minimum of 1-1/2 times around tail & knot.
Continue to assess for further bleeding.
