Apart from being in good terms with superiors, having a good relationship with your coworkers can have a huge impact on how the workday runs. It could be devastating or successful, sure it's not easy but it's worth the the trouble.

When being the boss, being in good terms haves the most perks. Your subordinates will want to work with you more, they will be more likely to abide to your orders, and will also boost morale. In conclusion, it's good to be in good terms with your coworkers, just not so much that you might be take advantage off.

Building a good relationship with your coworkers is no easy task and it's sometimes not possible depending on whom you're working with. However, managing to do so and accomplishing this sometimes difficult task can boost the morale and determine how enjoyable the work place is, which is a huge advantage in any job.

The pros of having a good relationship are far greater than the cons. For example, if you're in good terms with your superior, that could affect the amount of work hours you get and the pay rate you're set.In addition to that it could also determine how fast you're allowed to climb the corporate ladder, which might seem difficult or unreachable if you find yourself in bad terms with your superiors.
