Propaganda, he made all artists, poets and film-makers, even composers had to have their ideas based on communism.
Children were taught that Stalin was a great leader and were taught his version of history.
It was a success as far as the fact that everyone was equal and there was no individuality and that everyone worshiped Stalin
Why?
Impact
As a rest there was individuality left, no creativity for poets, film-makers and artists and the only worshiped God was Stalin
He wanted everyone to be equal, and to be the same. He also wanted people to think of him as a Godly character.
