Work Setting/hours/working conditions:
Restaurants, private households, Party’s, etc.
Work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work can be hectic and fast paced.
Education:
Acquire skills through work experience or long-term on-the-job training.
College, technical school, culinary arts school, or a 4-year college.

Marines
As an officer:
Lead troops in ground combat operations
Serve as supervisors and managers of enlisted personnel
Operate and control aircraft, ships, or armored vehicles
Serve as professionals for the military in medical, legal, engineering, and other fields
