Set out your team goals
What do you need to achieve? By when?
Formalise these goals
Set deadlines
Break the tasks down into smaller chunks
Allocate responsibilities
Include how you expect the team to operate
What will be the consequences if a team members doesn't deliver?

So why do team work?
