•Have a strong interest in international affairs
•Be able to write clearly and accurately
Desirable qualifications for CIA agent jobs:
•Experience of foreign lands and traveling abroad
•Experience living abroad
•A sensitivity to other cultures
•Foreign language proficiency

Primary tasks/Functions.
CIA's mission is to collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence to assist the President and senior US government policymakers in making decisions relating to national security.
It is a very complex process and involves a variety of steps.
Special Agent/Investigator – CIA Salary Range: $74,872-$136,771

Police Officer – Security Protective Services (SPS) – CIA Salary
Range: $51,601-$60,008 ($73,922 at full performance)

Protective Agent – CIA Salary Range: $50,408-$95,026

Security Professional – CIA Salary Range: $46,745-$73,917
Only the president can direct the CIA to undertake a convert action. such actions are usually recommended by the National Security Council (NSC).
Torture Report
Interrogation program is replete with lurid details of what would commonly be called torture. Such as rectal feeding, sleep deprivation, coffin size cells .Senate Committee report that so far seems to have slipped past much examination in the public spot light,

John O. Brennan

John was sworn in as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on March 8, 2013. As Director, he manages intelligence collection, analysis, convert action, counterintelligence, and liaison relationships with foreign intelligence services.
Appointed by Barack Obama.
The number of employees or the size of the Agency's budget can be publicly disclosed. Almost half the employees are women.
King says the CIA was doing it job by using whatever force necessary to interrogate suspected terrorists. King adds that those who carried out the so-called torture tactics should be rewarded.
