Our goal was to have a successful party by:
setting a realistic budget
providing enough food and drinks
planning fun activities that all classmates will enjoy
getting a lot of involvement from our classmates during activities
keeping it environmentally friendly
having a good turn out
send out invitations and have people RSVP
make lists of who is coming & what they are doing (paying or bringing a party item)
order the tablecloths in advance
get the materials for the party (tables & decorations)
buy food for the party
finding trustworthy people to bring desserts and other supplies
finding inexpensive party items
make sure that everyone who plans on attending has sent in their RSVP & they have been accounted for
making sure nobody leaves the party without an adult
