You can always access your to-do list with KanbanFlow's mobile site. No more forgotten tasks because your list wasn't with you.
Prioritizing a paper to-do list could be annoying. With KanbanFlow it is easy to drag and drop tasks from column to column, marking items as in progress or completed, or bringing them to the top or bottom of your list.
Daily & Weekly
Choose start dates and times, target columns, recurring tasks for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, and add end dates.

KanbanFlow lets you schedule recurring tasks so they repeat daily, weekly, monthly or anything in between.
Set Due Dates for Tasks

Visualize your to-do list, edit columns, filter tasks, and increase productivity!
You can also divide tasks into sub-tasks if they have multiple parts, or add notes or comments.
Set column limits, like "In Progress", forcing you to start finishing tasks instead of starting new tasks, making you more focused and productive.
Track the time that you spend on your tasks. Use the Pomodoro technique to increase your productivity. It encourages you to work with full focus in 25 minute intervals, separated by short breaks.
You can just use the simple Stopwatch timer instead and log time manually.
The Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro technique wants you to work focused in short timeboxed periods. By keeping your focus and not making mental context switches, you get more work done in less time.
The basic steps are:
Decide what task to work on
Start the timer and work for 25 minutes with full focus
Take a short break (3-5 minutes)
Work another 25 minutes before taking a new break, and so on
Every four Pomodoro take a longer break (15-30 minutes)
KanbanFlow recommends the following when using it with your Kanban board:
In the morning, plan your day by moving tasks to your Do today column
When you have decided the next task to work on, move it to the In progress column
When you are finished with a task, move it to the Done column
Use colors to categorize
If you work in teams, or are a supervisor, you can assign tasks to coworkers by choosing who is "Responsible". This allows for easy visualization of who is working on what task, what a particular person's work load is like, and enables you to collaborate as you work.
