Transcript of Juan Gris

Juan was born in Madrid on March 23,1887. He was a Spanish painter and sculptor in France most of his life. His wife's name was Josette and he had a son named Georges. He died on March 11, 1927 in Boulogne-sur-Seine, France.
Personal Life
Juan's was popular with his mechanical drawing and was into the Cubist style. He painted bright harmonious colors. This was his first and most famous inspired by Pablo.
Painting style
Pablo Picasso Painting
Juan was influenced by many people. Henri Matisse, Georges Braque, Fernand Léger,José Maria Carbonero. The main person he looked up to was Pablo Picasso. This was his last painting.
