The Sunnah is a book that states the practices and examples of the Prophet Muhammad's life; his sayings and actions.
The Qur'an is the holy book for Muslims
The Qur'an was originally in Arabic, but is now translated into more than 40 languages.
It was treated with great respect by everyone because it was said to be given to the Muslims by God
The Sunnah is a book composed of sayings and examples of how the Prophet Muhammad lived his life.
They both explain things that Muhammad said or did.
It is related to the Qur’an because the Qur’an mentions the five pillars as being holy

The Five pillars even quotes the Qur’an
The religion of Islam is based upon the Qur’an (the Word of God) and the Sunnah (teachings and attributes of the Prophet Muhammad)
The word Sunnah means to make a path easily passable which is what the five pillars are trying to do
