The end product that we would be delivering to the customer would be a Bohemian style show house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car park lots. Fully furnished and all fixtures functioning
The client has Environmental, Council and Local Government approvals
Government regulations dont change from project start to completion
The Project Manager will ensure that project team members are available
The construction team will have unlimited access to the building lot
Funding will be available for all phases of the project
There will be sufficient skilled labour and materials
The stakeholders will be ready willing and able to provide the information we require
Design Build Pty Ltd and Metricon will participate in the timely execution of the Project Plan (i.e., timely approval cycles and meeting when required)
No more than 1 month lost due to bad weather
Raw material and labour costs remain stable over the next 6 months
The construction of the house will be completed on time (6 months) and on budget
Failure to identify changes to draft deliverables within the time specified in the project timeline will result in project delays
