The states of the Midwest are North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska
Most of the Midwest is used for commercial agriculture.
One of the major tourist attractions is the silver bean in Chicago, Illinois.
The Midwest Region
One last attraction is Noah's Ark, the largest water park in the U.S.
The population density in the Midwest can vary from less than 10 to 250+ people per square mile
A major physical feature of the Midwest is the Ozark Plateau. The Ozark plateau is a home for many endangered animals, so it is not a good place to live because you could kill off a species.
Another physical feature is The Mississippi River. The river provides areas to ship goods on water passages.
The big three crops grown in the Midwest are wheat, corn, and soy beans. Others may include tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkins, peppers, green beans, melons, and lots of other things.
A third major physical feature of the Midwest are four of the five great lakes. They provide freshwater, tourism, and transportation

Another physical feature of the Midwest are the Great Plains. They provide great land for farming.
Our final physical feature is the Bad Lands. They are located in South Dakota. They are very rocky and are bad for homes.
Climate affects people in the
Midwest because the snow they live through, drought and late freezes can damage crops, and occasionally, there are tornadoes.
Some major companies are General Motors, Kellog, General Mills, and Target.
A lot of people in the Midwest region are farmers because their main industry is farming
In Chicago there are the Chicago Cubs baseball team and the Chicago Bulls basketball team. Meals in the Midwest are made with a mix of German and Scandinavian cuisine. The christian religion dominates the Midwest. A Native American tribe in the Midwest is called the Algonquin.
