"Surveys conducted by the American College of sports medicine have shown that in a Pilates session, mean intensity and duration 30 minutes, you burn about 180 calories.
In a similar report by the American Council on Exercise concluded that 50 minutes of yoga will burn about 145 calories.
But if you do ashtanga yoga, you can burn about 500 calories in 60 minutes."
