Kali, the Goddess of Destruction, is a consistent presence in Miranda's life. Kali represents Miranda's own feelings about herself and the dissolution of Dev's marriage.
Physical Objects
The dress that Miranda buys has cold, metal straps and is always on the floor in the morning.
Hidden Meanings in Words
Dev calls Miranda sexy, but refers to his wife as beautiful.
