What problems does Auckland transport face today? And what are the solutions to these problems?

As well as,

What is the future of Auckland’s transport?
What are some of the Main Problems that Auckland faces today?
The growing density of traffic congestion
The air pollution emanating from these vehicles
How do we remedy these Problems? (Question 1)
We asked a selection of students from Kakapo what some of their ideas of what solutions there are:

We interviewed them and firstly asked, "What are some of the solutions we can use, for fixing the menacing traffic congestion in Auckland?"

Mitchell came up with, " Convincing citizens to use public transport (eg. Buses and Trains) more frequently."

Thomas Grayson suggested to, "Somehow reduce car crashes (by either making the roads and vehicles safer or by teaching the younger generation how vital Road Safety is). We should reduce car crashes because these cause many traffic jams.

Jasmine and Amber Lawson proposed to have, " A larger variety in vehicles and transport"

How do we remedy these Problems (Question 2)
Willani mentioned to, "Encourage Public Transport." This will reduce the amount of cars on the road, which in turn will lower the air pollution that came from those cars.

Lastly, we once again asked google for his / her / it's recommendation, resulting in us finding that you should avoid waiting in drive-throughs and join a carpool or van pool.
Video(explained)
From the video, we know that Auckland Transport plans to electrify the train rails to provide more efficient transport, as well as using environment- friendly resources.

We also know what the future of Auckland Transport is. The video states that in a couple of years, the Public Transporting System will undergo a transformation (Electrifying the railway system and intersecting bus stops.)

Afterwards, we asked Willani what ideas she had. She said, "I don't know, ask Google!"

So we did. Google states that, currently, 85% of trips in Auckland are made by private car, and around 15,000 extra cars join Auckland’s roads every year. Although motor vehicles will remain an important element of the transport system, improving public transport options and connections along key transport corridors will encourage commuters to use public transport. Such a shift will reduce congestion.
Next, we interviewed the students again and asked them "How can we stop or reduce the air pollution that emanates from our vehicles?"

Firstly, Mitchell suggested to, "Transfer from the fuel-emitting cars we use today and replace it with Electric cars."

Thomas Grayson proposed to, "Use Solar or Hydro Power." Like Mitchell's idea, this option will use environment-friendly and renewable resources to power our cars, replacing the use of petrol and diesel that causes air pollution.

Jasmine and Amber Lawson advised to, "Use more environmental friendly products." Much like Thomas' and Mitchell's ideas.

Summary
As an answer to our first question, "What problems does Auckland transport face today? And what are the solutions to these problems?"

We focused on 2 main problems of Auckland Transport today. Those were:
The growing density of traffic congestion and
The air pollution emanating from these vehicles.

We then gathered information from our fellow Kakapoians and asked them the following questions.
THANKS FOR WATCHING
Summary (Continued)
"What are some of the solutions we can use, for fixing the menacing traffic congestion in Auckland?"
As well as,
"How can we stop or reduce the air pollution that emanates from our vehicles?".

There were many opinions and recommendations received from the Kakapo Students. For the first mini question, Google and some students advised to encourage more people to use public transport. This will reduce the amount of vehicles and cars on our roads.
Summary (Continued...again)
For the second mini question, the most occurring and useful responses included using more environment-friendly and renewable resources, in the place of air pollution causing petrol and diesel. Another response also included encouraging more people to use public transport. This will diminish the quantity of exhaust coming from the less amount of cars on the roads.

From the video, we gathered information that answered our second question, "What is the future of Auckland’s transport?" We know that Auckland Transport plans to transform Public Transport into
Summary (Continued for the third time)
A more user-friendly, efficient system (Eg. electrifying the train rails)
