Muscles protect the delicate network of nerves that run throughout the body.They also make all your movements possible. A muscle is a organ that can relax,contract and , provide the force to move your body parts. Your muscles are divided into two groups called the Involuntary and Voluntary.
Your nervous systems is divided into two parts your Central Nervous System [CNS] and the Peripheral Nervous System [PNS]. Nerves act as a train that delivers messages to and from the brain. The nervous system controls the muscular system. Your nervous system is a system that your body uses 24/7.

The nerve and muscular system work together by preforming their perspective and sensory duties. Muscles protect the delicate network of nerves that run throughout the body. Meanwhile nerves, act alike a train delivering and reciving messages from the brain.
The human body contains more than 650 muscles in your body that are all under control of the nervous system. Without the nervous system the muscular system wouldn't be able to function correctly.
