Cutting edge technologies have been used in the BAS in Supervision and Management program to enhance online discussions and classroom interaction based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Most of these technologies (Web news, Blogs, Twitter microblogging, student videos, faculty videos and "Undercover Professor" videos) have proved to comply with TAM model in terms of usefulness, ease of use, and user acceptance. Students have increased their use in several terms and improved their engagement in face-to-face classrooms and online courses. These technologies have been successfully used to enhance the Management Theory and Practice, Management of Information Systems, Strategic Management, and Capstone in Supervision and Management courses. These innovative technologies have been aligned with the learning outcomes of the BAS program.
