Ingredients Small mussels butter onion Parsley White wine Peper salt Preparation 1. Scratch and wash three kilos of mussels. 2. Melt 100g butter in a large pot and chopped 2 medium onions. 3. Add pepper, salt and chopped fresh parsley. 4. when all is chopped add the mussels, wait a bit and add 1 / 2 liter of white wine. 5. Mix all ingredients and cover the pot. 6. When steam starts to come give him a couple of laps to blend flavors. 7. In a couple of minutes it will be ready.
8. Cut the potatoes and frite them. 9. When all is finsh you can serve it !
