Key Challenges & Opportunities
By taking advantage of automation and world class workflow processes, SmartPrint has benefited from low staff head count compared with sizable revenue being generated. With recently formed partnerships and organic projections, a key challenge will definitely be infrastructure and growing pains. We engaged PKF/ BDO a couple of years ago to assist us in crossing the $10million dollar turnover p/a marker as this has been a hurdle for many companies in the past. However we believe the opportunities and demand far outweigh the limited challenges.
Growth Potential
SmartPrint have been fortunate to secure three large mandates (buyers contracts) executed late 2014 that will see SP MIF grow substantially over the next year. As a result, SmartPrint's MIF will reach upward of 8,000 devices prior to the close of the 2015 calendar year and more importantly reach forecasted revenues.
In addition, sales prospects are many with $18million sales pipeline and some large introductions from our Sydney team and client upgrades/ refreshes.

Please refer to Dell partnership for first years conservative projections of US$6.795million for our MPS JV, but what is more exciting is that Dell are having difficulties in service and retention of their current client print portfolio and look to outsource and work with SmartPrint to assign 14,400 current print MIF over to SmartPrint platform which could see SmartPrint's portfolio grow to 22,000 devices+ within the next 1-3 years.

Ingram Micro trickle fed their resellers to SmartPrint over the last 8 months, National roadshows have taken place, capital invested and we are finally starting to get some traction. So it is projected that the annuity will encourage Ingram to release the reins and assist in opening the floodgates of introduction. ClickMPS is working well and assisting new IM partners with offering SP MPS solutions nationally.

SmartPrint welcome the opportunity to service Flight Centre. With automation and strict workflow processes, we have been able to keep low staff head count, compared with the size of the revenue being generated. We believe with our organic growth and recently formed partnerships, SmartPrint may face some growing pains and we may need additional administration and processing staff to keep up with demand. We have been fortunate to have minimal staff delinquency.
Opportunities far outweigh the challenges with global fortune 100 companies DELL and Ingram Micro forming partnerships with SmartPrint to supply co-branded and white labeled MPS products to their clients that are underwritten by SmartPrint.
