Research Objectives
1. To know saving behavior among the student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah.

2. To determine the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah.

3. To identify the relationship between parent influence and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah.

4. To investigate the relationship between social influence and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah.

5. To analyze the relationship between self control and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Sabri and Mcdonald (2008) have revealed that, university students in Malaysia seem not likely to save when they received their student loans and they also like to spent aggressively for non academic purposes . The student like to spend their money to by allocating most of the money for food, handset and other requirement, this shows they like to spending rather than saving. Therefore, the purposes of this study is to know the focusing on four factor that many influence their saving behavior example such as financial literacy, parents influence social influence, and self control.

Literature Review
Saving Problem
Fazli and Macdonald (2010) their research shows that more than half of the respondents did not save any money when they received their scholarship or education loan.
Saving Behavior

Heckman and Hanna (2012) saving behavior as save a part of the income that already set aside every month for the future consumption and as their asset in bank account or other security place.

Financial literacy

Anthes (2004) defines financial literacy is the ability to read, analyze, manage and communicate about personal financial conditions that affect material well-being and the ability to discern financial choices, discuss money and financial issues
Parent Influences

Norasikin, Norailis, Rosnia & etc ( 2012) research, where they distribute questionnaire among 2146 student in five faculties of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Negeri Sembilan. From the result, they found that there have relation between the respondents’ parents in influence on saving. The result shows that due to lower income family, which their parent contribute some of the income for save indirectly teach their children to do saving. Where the children do the saving because of the family status. From the result reveal the lower the household income, the higher tendency for students to put aside their money for savings.
Social Influences
Social influence involves the exercise of social power by a person or group to change the attitude or behavior of others in a particular direction (Franzoi, 2006).


Duensberry’s (1949) where they focuses on the effect of social comparison to saving. His argument is that individuals will tend to compare their saving or consumption level with their reference group.
Self-control (IV)

According to the Webley (2007)in order to save money, one must be able to exercise self-control in delaying gratification and resisting the temptation to spend.

Research Objective: To determine the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior among student UiTM Kedah
Ho1: there is significant between financial literacy and saving behavior
Result Findings : (p)= 0.000 (p < 0.05) , (r)= 0.727

Research Objective:To identify the relationship between parent influence and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science of UiTM Kedah.
Ho2: There is significant relationship between parent influence and saving behavior
Result Findings : (p)= 0.000 (p < 0.05) , (r)= 0.498

Research Objective: To investigate the relationship between social influence and saving behavior among student UiTM Kedah.
Ho3 : there is significant relationship between social influence and saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrativi Science.
Result Findings : (p)= 0.000 (p < 0.05) , (r)= 0.585

Research Objective: To analyze the relationship between self control and saving behavior among student UiTM Kedah.
Ho5 : There is no significant relationship between self control and saving behavior.
Result Findings : (p)= 0.658 (p < 0.05) , (r)= - 0.038

Research Objective :To know the most factor that may influence saving behavior among student Bachelor in Administrative Science in UiTM Kedah
financial literacy is the most dominant factor that influence saving behaviour among the students.

Discussion And Conclusion
Recommendations.
Conclusion
The research has achieve all objectives where the researchers able to to determine the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior, to identify the relationship between parent influence and saving behavior , to investigate the relationship between social influence and saving behavior and to analyze the relationship between self control and saving behavior.
