Pioneer Square Cultural Center
Selected to design a cultural center in Pioneer Square, the site being a masonry building in Seattle's historic building. This project honors the history and culture of native people and early settles in Seattle, Washington.

Contracted by a young couple seeking to lay claims in New Orleans classic French Quarter. The site is an adapted old town home that was designed with a water prevention system to ensure no flood damage to enter

We approached the city of Colorado to design sustainable housing for the climbers and their families to use when they recovered from rock climbing incidents. Successfully, we were contracted to design 15 housing units for the fallen climbers.

After a period of time heavily focused site analysis, researching on the history and addressing the existing problems, Essentia concluded decided on an initiative approach that could re-active the building, 900 Commerce street. We look to create a promising space for the Architecture Center of Houston that will insure its longevity and communal engagement for generations to come.
