John F. Kennedy And Richard Nixon are the nominees for the United States Presidential Election. John F. Kennedy was a Democratic and Richard Nixon was a Republican.

In August, President Eisenhower made televised comments that hurt Nixon. In addition, Nixon had to cease campaigning for two weeks early in the campaign to recover from a knee injury.
