Install repaired Belt
Bring belt back to dishwasher and feed back on to conveyor so kitchen staff is happy and productive again!
1. Shut Off Power
2. Remove panel at Unload end.
3. Disengage Pull Chain
4. Pull retaining ring from any roller.
5. Remove any tie rod
5 Pull out entire belt on floor or long tables.
These hold the rollers on the steel rod. Remove with a small flat head screw driver. They sometimes pop and may travel some distance but you will soon get the hang of it.
After the retaining ring is removed, remove the end roller and slowly pull out the steel rod. Try to keep the teeth in place. Do the same thing to the next rod. Now you can replace any teeth that are broken. Insert the rod back in place. Put roller back on end. Put retaining ring back on. Continue this until all teeth or damaged rollers are replaced. If a rod is bent, replace with new.
